Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I've been making this for a few years, and thought I'd comment. I mix it all in a ziplock bag, and cut an end to pipe it into a disposable metal bread pan. I usually drain some of the fat off while it cooks. It usually takes about an hour & half for me in my oven. I also put the topping on the top. I serve it with mashed potatoes, it's one of my husbands favorites.

Chicken Noodle Casserole II
This was a quick & easy meal. I followed someone elses suggestion & boiled chicken breast is some seasoning-I used mrs dash garlic. Then added peas & mushrooms. My husband loved it, so I made a second the next day for my grandma- a hit again.

Texas Hash
This was very easy to make, but I didn't think it was very good. It was very runny. Maybe draining the diced tomatoes would've helped that. I like a thicker sauce. Won't be making this again.
