This is a really good recipe!! We thinly sliced the green and red pepper into strips instead of chunks and after slicing the chicken we coated each piece with cajun seasoning (using WAY more than the recipe suggests, but we like more flavor and that gave it a ton!). Definitely a keeper in our house, thanks!

Great recipe! I added bacon like the other suggested and used minced and whole baby clams in my batch. I also used all the clam juice and found that the red wine vinegar really did make it better. I'll definitely be making this one again, thanks for the recipe!

Well...my boyfriend and I made this and it turned out great, but we didn't quite follow the directions...oops!! I had part of the recipe written down and knew what else had to be done, but when he was trying to help, it got all messed up in miscommunication. We ended up marinading the chicken in the oil/sauce/ranch mixture and then baking it...tasted great and chicken was very moist! We then topped it with green onions, mushrooms, and cheese and finished that in the last 10 minutes in the oven. Served it with garlic mashed potatoes and it was delicious! We would definitely make this recipe again...following the directions or ours :) He doesn't even care for ranch and loved it so I'd say this one is a keeper!
