Split Pea Soup with Rosemary

Good... was much better the next day! I added 1/2-3/4 c sherry for a little richer flavor.

Very good, especially considering how nutritious it is! I didn't have red pepper, so I used paprika - as I made it, I thought it could use a little more umphf. Perhaps the pepper would have helped; I may experiment with other spices in the future.

Carrot Apple Soup

I thought this was very good considering how simple and healthy it is! I did, however, make some changes: 2 Tablespoons Smart Balance, no celery, 3 braeburn apples, 1 lb baby carrots (saves on chopping time!), regular chicken broth.
