Chicken Delicious
I used the 98% fat free soups, and took the advice here about not adding any salt... I think I used too much parm cheese for my husband's (I'm a vegetarian, made it for him) taste, however... BUT the chicken was sooooo tender. The sauce was a tiny bit weird but the chicken was wonderful, he said.

Slow Cooker Vegetable Chili
This was delicious-- though I overdid it on the spices. I added 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper for some reason... that combined with the chili powder made for a nose dripping experience, but it was still delicious. I also added a can of black beans. I'm a vegetarian but my carnivorous husband thought it was amazing as well :)

Scallops and Spinach over Pasta
I'm giving 4 stars based on the recipe I ended up with--- I added chopped tomatoes (canned) and cayenne pepper, also a lot of garlic powder, salt and pepper. My husband said it needed more sauce and he put a lot of grated cheese on top ;) BUT it was fast, easy & healthy, so I liked it!
