Baked Fennel with Gorgonzola

I felt the Gorgonzola completely masked the flavor of the fennel and did not go well with the licorice taste of the fennel at all.

Zesty Pork Tenderloin

This could be a terrific recipe but the pepper and tarragon were too much. I will make it again and use less of both spices because we did like it a lot.
