Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2006
This is a great recipe. My fiancee liked the chicken and the sauce but it wasn't exactly his type of dish because he doesn't like bell peppers. So if you don't like peppers, this probably isn't for you. On the other hand, I LOVED it and my parents really enjoyed it. I did make a few alterations, however. Instead of using dried basil I used a few leaves of fresh basil and chopped it up. Also, I used fresh lemon juice instead of using lemon pepper. And I threw in some yellow bell pepper along with the red and green. I added just a little more Cajun seasoning once I'd cooked the chicken and tasted it. For the sauce I added a little bit of flour to thicken it up some more. This turned out great. Thanks for sharing! I will definately use this again.

Authentic Enchiladas Verdes

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2006
this recipe is amazing! i loved it and so did the rest of the family. i took other reviewers advice and added the serrano peppers one at a time (we ended up using 2 1/2). The only thing I would change is to make more salsa because it's really yummy and to use more chicken. thanks for sharing!

Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2006
This recipe is very easy to make.. I had to add a little more milk than called for because the batter was too thick. They're a little dry (they're perfect if you've got a big glass of milk!) but the flavor is good.

Moist Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2006
These are delicious! It's a lot less work than it sounds like and believe me, the work is definately worth it! I made these for a mini-family reunion and everyone loved them -- even my 7 month old daughter and she hates most table food! I will definately use this recipe again and again. Thank you for sharing it! :)

Scottley's Basic Yellow Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2005
This cake is very tasty and fairly easy to make... except when you're trying to forst it. I let it cool completely but once I tried to put the frosting on it, it just crumbled to pieces! It was still very yummy but as far as appearance, it was a mess!

Chocolate Frosting III

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2005
This frosting is delicious! It's great for brownies as well as cakes. Perfect texture -- not too thick, not too thin -- and very tasty! It's also very easy to make. I plan to use it as often as possible. Thanks for sharing! :)
