Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
I've always loved the idea of a smoothie for breakfast but have never been able to find one that I liked - always too sweet, too bland, weird texture. Wasn't sure about the addition of oatmeal, but it was great, nice texture, right amount of sweetness. I used regular milk because I can't tolerate soy, and powdered the oatmeal. I have this so often now, that I powder a few cups of oatmeal at a time so that it's ready anytime I want a scoop.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
These were a big hit with my whole family including the child who wouldn't eat "fungus"! The only changes I made was to sautee 2 tbls of onions with the stems as I didn't have onion powder, and I used herb & garlic cream cheese for extra flavour. Took another poster's suggestion and brushed the mushrooms with melted butter before baking. Couldn't stop eating these!

Hot Mexican Spinach Dip
This was great and devoured very quickly. I did add some chopped, sauteed jalopenos because we like spicy. Omitted olives due to preference, and evaporated milk due to comments from other reviewers. As a result, it was pretty thick when it came out of the oven, so I added a couple of spoonfuls of cream. Will definitely be making this often - thanks!
