Speedy Skillet Chicken Cacciatore
I tried this recipe for dinner and thought the taste was just ok. The fact I didn't have cream may have been a factor. So I am giving it three stars because The amount of time required far exceeded 20 mins! It took about an hour in total for me to prepare and cook this meal. I don't know where the time estimates came from but it's difficult to brown chicken, then reduce tomatoes and then make a cream sauce in 15 mins!

Flatlander Chili
I've been using this recipe for some time now and it is always a hit. I've given the recipe to several people who always say it's the best chili they've had. I did make some changes, some minor, some major that make it even more amazing than it already is: I put half ground beef, half hot italian sausage I use canned tomatoes with juice in place of the tomatoe juice because I like the chunks of tomato. Other than that I make it as is...sometimes I half the amount of cayenne pepper for myself because I find it a little spicy but 90% of the people who have had it say the spice is perfect. Great recipe

Banana Banana Bread
I've been using this banana bread recipe for a couple of years now and everyone who tastes it says it's the best they've had! I love heavy, moist banana-y banana bread and this delivers! I'm baking a loaf right now :)
