Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2013
This recipe is AWESOME! My only changes are I used Sundried Tomato Pesto instead of regular pesto and shredded mozz cheese instead of slices so they would roll easier. I also dipped them in egg and rolled them in bread crumbs after they were rolled. I now call this "Inside-Out Chicken Parm" because that's exactly what it tastes like!

Easy Shake and Bake Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2013
Ok....I have NO idea what I did wrong but this did not come out crispy at ALL. I used boneless chicken breasts but other review said they did too and they were still crispy...some even said crispy like KFC! So what happened? I followed it exactly (added garlic powder and onion powder too but that shouldn't matter) but only used a 1/4 cup butter instead of 1/2 since I only made 2 breasts but that should make it even crispy not was a nice flavor, don't get me wrong but I was expecting nice, crispy chicken and it was just a juicy, flavorful chicken breasts with some spices on it. What am I missing? Maybe I didn't cook it long enough? I only did 15 minutes per side since they were boneless and I didn't want them to dry out. The edges were crispy so maybe that's it? I want to be able to "fix" what I did wrong and make it again. Help! I can never find my comment when I try to look for it later so if anyone knows what I did wrong feel free to email me at Thanks! :)

Goulash Supreme

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2013
This was delicious! I've been looking for a good goulash recipe that doesn't just taste like baked macaroni and this is awesome! I'm not a fan of big chunks of tomato so I just made sure to crush them in my hands before adding them. It was a little too hot for me so I will cut the chili powder and paprika in half next time. I also added a teaspoon of brown sugar. The macaroni cooks in the mixture just FINE, you just have to cook it long enough. And keep adding water like the directions said if it's getting too dry or sticking to the bottom. I kept adding probably a 1/2 a cup of hot water as I went along. It's pretty much the same thing as when you cook hamburger helper, you have to simmer it for like FIFTEEN minutes to get the macaroni to cook. Don't expect to add the macaroni and have it be done in 5 minutes. Delicious, definitely a staple in my house now, thanks!
