Savory Mushroom Soup
Still tasted like condensed soup to me... but the onions and peas did give it a lift. I used "Roasted Garlic" flavor condensed mushroom soup, as it was what I had on hand. Found it too plain via the recipe, so added a pinch of cayenne pepper and a few twists of fresh black pepper as well. A friend liked it, but she's dieting and cheated by trying... If you like/are used to canned condensed soup, you will like this.

Amazing Simple Thai Tofu
Dip the finished peanutty tofu into the "Sweet Chile Dipping Sauce" (from the Thai Grilled Chicken recipe on this site). WOW! great flavor!!! Like some of the other reviewers have noted, this recipe needs a bit of moisture added to be at it's prime. I simply added some water (about a half cup or so) to the tofu right before I stirred in the peanut butter. I'm getting so hungry just thinking about this dish... time to go make it again!

Thai Grilled Chicken with Sweet Chile Dipping Sauce
I'm not even close to being an allstar cook, but when I made this for my husband, his mind was blown. The marinade was so awesome I had to sample the chicken even though I am a lifetime vegetarian!!! Now I'm going to try it out with tofu also. And the dipping sauce can't be beat... just don't put your face over the steaming pan as you are making it-- trust me on this one. Thank you Michelle for submitting this ten-star recipe!
