Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce
Very tasty recipie...I did not have chives so I used red onion instead. I also cooked the chicken in coconut oil which gave it a nice tropical flavor.

Spaghetti Squash I
My sons (age 13 & 21) ate it up before finishing their meat! I didn't have mushrooms, so I used zucchini.

Pan Seared Red Snapper
Very good recipie. I doubled the marinade and added one pound of large shrimp (this was for 3 people). I cooked the shrimp first, removed them and cooked the fish. I returned the shrimp to the pan with the extra marinade. Served with couscous and a salad.
