I have made these rolls several times. They are so easy, and so delicious it is hard not to consider them a staple for family dinners.

Asparagus Angel Hair Pasta

Reviewed: May 1, 2007
This was absolutely great!! It is easy to do alot of the prep work ahead of time so you can still be with your guests. Adding the tomatoes at the last minute is definetely a good idea to avoid them being mushy.

Cheese Fondue

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2008
For years now, our xmas eve tradition has been beef fondue. This year I added the cheese fondue and it was a hit with all generations!! I kept the nutmeg, rubbed the pot with garlic and followed the tip about mixing the cheese with the flour and adding some lemon juice. It was perfectly yummy!! A definite add on to our xmas eve.

I have been using this recipe for many years. Makes it so easy to have something healthy in the morning in a hurry. So much better for you than a donut or huge bakery muffing.

Great recipe! The only changes I made were omitting the sherry (didnt have any), and I added 2 tsp grated fresh ginger while simmering. When I served it, I topped it with some finely shredded swiss cheese. It got rave reviews from my hubby and guests.

I have made this once using salmon and once using grouper. Salmon is better as it is a stronger tasting fish to work with the other ingredients.

Bianca's Green Chile Pork

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2008
this was awesome!!!! I had to use red wine instead of sherry. I didn't use salt. I cooked it the day before I served it and that may be what made it extra delicious as many stew type meals are best the next day. Definetely a do again, and again and again......
