Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
THIS IS THE BEST RECIPE EVER!!! I brought some to a class and they absolutely flipped! One girl asked if she can hire me as her personal chef. These are the bomb! I did make a few modifications. I added 1/2 a cup of Peanut Butter. It still had the same nice peanut taste, but it was nice and light. The sweetness was perfect. TIP: If you don't have brown sugar, substitute it for white sugar with molasses. The ratio is for every 1 cup of white sugar, add 1 tablespoon of molasses. I do that for many recipes, but for this one I used brown sugar.

Cream Filled Cupcakes
It was a delicious cupcake recipe. They did have a bread-like texture, but that was my fault for over mixing. They didn't rise much at all, so they were about 1 inch thick. So I put the filling on the top. The filling was like a doughnut glaze. I also loved the subtle chocolate taste. It was delicious! My whole family loved them! P.S. The first few that came out of the oven had a bread-like texture, but now they have a nice cupcake texture. These are GREAT!!! TIPS: I reduced the salt to 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt, because I thought it was way to much. I also used canola oil instead of vegetable, because canola oil has almost no taste.

Mom's Ginger Snaps
This recipe is DELICIOUS! The aroma filled the entire house! I did tweak the spices a bit; I cut the clove measurement in half, and I added a bit more ginger and cinnamon to punch up the flavor. These cookies came out amazing. They were soft, crispy, and chewy at the same time. These cookies were the best Ginger Snap cookies I have ever tasted. I LOVE THEM!
