Awesome Baked Sea Scallops

I loved this recipe. The scallops came out soft, seasoned and perfectly cooked. Oh, how I loved these scallops. This is the first recipe I have used for scallops. I will not be looking for another one. Quick, easy, yummy, what more could you want?? Thx for Sharing, :@)

Country Breakfast Casserole

Absolutely Delish! I was in a hurry and didn't have hash browns so I ended up making this recipe as its with Sourdough Bread. I even put the cheese in the middle as directed, I wasn't sure about this, but it came out delicious! I'm glad I didn't have hash browns and that I followed directions exactly or I wouldn't have been able to see how good this recipe was is. Give it a try! I must say that the sourdough bread made it taste great! ENJOY! This fantastic recipe.

Sweet Potato Casserole IV

Absolutely the best SWEET potato casserole ever. I serve it at potlucks all the time and people rave over it every time. The only thing I do different is add coconut to the topping. If you have a sweet tooth, this is the recipe you want. Enjoy, happy holidays to you!

It's easy. Quick and easy to be exact! Excellent recipe to add to or change ingredients to your liking. I did have plenty to make two quiches as others have also noted.

Baby Back Ribs

Absolutely the best ribs I've ever made. Easy, Easy, Easy! We ended up marinading our ribs for 3 days because we couldn't get to them any sooner. Still tasted fantastic. I was worried about how they would look after reading all the reviews. They looked just fine to me and oh so very good. Thanks for this recipe!

Southern Living Magazine's Chicken-Fried Steak

This recipe is the absolute best for chicken fried steack. The cracker crust is absolutely fabulous. My husband says he could just eat the breading all on its own. Excellent recipe!!
