Ricotta Cheese Pancakes

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2007
Nothing like feeling you are really "indulging" if you are dieting by having these pancakes. The only changes were adding 1 teaspoon vanilla, a pinch of salt and substituting wheat flour. Topped with the fresh berries and a sugar free maple syrup. I've had better pancakes, but this really is a good healthy version of a pancake. =)

Hummus III

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2007
I added some red pepper flakes and more garlic because I prefer more flavor. I also reserved some of the liquid and used a little over half of it because it was too thick. I prefer a really creamy texture and I still haven't found a recipe that is as good as some I have purchased. Thanks for sharing.

Pollo Fajitas

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2007
I read the reviews after I already had the chicken and steak in the marinade. We like things on the spicy side so I added red pepper and a couple teaspoons of taco seasoning. My husband really enjoy this recipe, but I will play with the seasonings more when I make it again. Thanks for sharing.

Basic Crepes

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2007
So easy and so good. I always mix crepe batter in a blender so lumps are not an issue. I added 1 TB sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla since I was making dessert crepes. I have a crepe maker and this recipe worked very will with it after adding an additional 2 tablespoons of flour. This recipe is a keeper! Thanks for sharing.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies III

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2006
I made sure that everything was measured extremely accurately, but the cookies didn't spread at all. Infact they held their exact shape. I always use real butter and I am not sure if that makes a difference or not but next time I will add less flour and I will add more white chocolate as other reviews have recommended. I used salted macadamia nuts and the over all flavor of the cookie was very good.

Hugh's Dry Rub

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2006
While this was a good rub I thought that the black pepper was overwhelming for chicken. I will use it for beef and cut the black pepper down for chicken in the future.

Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2006
I thought it was okay, but after the rave reviews I was expecting more. It was simple to make and it is nice that it can be made in advance. I might make it again.

Brazilian Lemonade

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2006
This is very good and so refreshing. As others suggested I did put in less sugar and it was perfect. The creamy consistancy is a nice twist on the usual limeade. Definitely one I will make again. Thanks for sharing!

This was so good, but I did have to adjust since it was so thick. I didn't have any problems with it seperating and we used it over the next week. My family loves it! Thanks for sharing.

Honey Bun Cake I

Reviewed: May 26, 2005
This cake was a little sweet for my taste, but all of my guests loved it and ask for the recipe. It really is best when served warm with vanilla ice cream. I'll make it again this summer and serve with homemade ice cream. Thank you for sharing your recipe. =)

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2005
SO GOOD! I will never buy blue cheese dressing again. Everyone that is looking for a goob blue cheese dressing recipe should try this one first. You can always thin a for the consistancy you desire. Also buy a high quality blue cheese. It is worth the extra you will spend. Thank you Bill!

I have made this several times now and everyone I have served it to loves it. My family is addicted to ranch dressing but after having this dressing they are now asking for it instead of ranch. Thank you so much for sharing!

Thai Breaded Chicken Filets

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2005
My husband loved this one. I sprayed some olive oil on top, but they were still not as crispy as I would have liked. (I'll have to work on that.) I served it with nice green salad with spicy thai peanut dressing. Very good together.

Stephan's Broiled Salmon Pesto

This is definitely a keeper! So simple to prepare, but very attractive plated and tasted wonderful! It doesn't hurt at all to let it marinate longer than 15 minutes.
