Basil Pesto

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2006
I have made variations to this a few times, and there may be a bit much oil, but i just add a bit at a time until i get the proper texture. A good alteration for this if you are interested, take a can of diced tomatoes, and mix in a food processor with this pesto, the tomato pesto is very good and takes nothing to alter this recipe, thanks

Old-Fashioned Chicken and Noodles

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2006
Great recipe, i had a bit of trouble making the noodles, so i used egg noodles instead, a little easier to :). Other that that, great, i add more vegies and chicken because i like a thinker soup, and also a bit of poultry seasoning for flavor, thanks

Pinwheel Italian Calzones

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2006
I gave this recipe 4 stars because it is easy and good for my nephews. The taste is good, and it is fairly easy to make. I used a asiago cheese when making them to give it more flavor. Thanks.. will make again for the young ones

Jamie's Minestrone

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2006
This is a great recipe. I modified it a bit. I was making ti for a vegitarian friend of mine and my girlfriend, so i did not add the chicken broth. Also, i did not have spinach, but did have garbonzo beans. I didn't have time to simmer the soup, so i sauted the vegies, cooked in potatoes, and then mixed it all in the boing vegi broth. great job jamie

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2006
This was a great recipe, i modified it a bit though, i used a generous amount of asiago cheese instead of parmasean. I also breaded the outside with a herb bread crumb and asiago breading. baked it 20 min and broiled for 1 min to crunch the top. It was perfect.
