I did not care for this recipe. Chicken was liberally spiced, followed directions....the chicken was so dry and overcooked.

This is by far our favourite tortilla soup recipe. The broth base is just fantastic. I did this quick on the stove top, frozen chicken and all. Added a can of black beans as well. We tried it over rice, but just not as good. You have to do the real corn tortilla's baked in the oven, the chips just won't do and seriously alter the taste. Also topped with a wedge of fresh lime, cheddar, avocado, diced tomato, fresh cilantro and the chips!! Amazing flavour...oh the only thing I did change was doubling the liquid (broth no water and enchilada and spices) The 1st night it had too much chicken, beans, etc. with the liquid doubled it was perfect.

This was fantastic. First time I have cooked squash this way. I also cubed my squash and my apples. This didn't make for a perfect presentation. But it was delicious. I also added a handful of chopped walnuts and a couple tablespoons of dried cranberries. Delish!!!

I made this sometime last year. I must be a fan of southern mac and cheese instead. It was the cottage cheese I couldn't get past.

This recipe as is is fantastic. Don't add anything. You will be pleasantly surprised by the rich gooey brownies! I didn't make the frosting, just topped with chocolate chips when they came out of the oven.

These taco's were fantastic. Although I think I made them wrong. I added a pinch of homemade taco seasoning to the steak, grilled it and made the cilantro, onion, jalepeno into a salsa with a ton of fresh lime and added a couple of roma tomatoes. Topped with homemade guacamole!! To Die For!!!

This recipe was absolutely fantastic. I have been looking for a "homemade" spaghetti sauce for quite a while. I used my own canned whole tomatoes (2 quarts) changed the measurements accordingly. It is even better the next day. I made it like the recipe with the following additions: extra sugar to balance out the acidity of the tomatoes. No added salt as there was some in the canned tomatoes. I also added dried basil and dried oregano as well as garlic powder. Next time I would add extra italian seasoning as well. But a phenomenal recipe!! This was just for the sauce as I just added ground beef...next time I will make the meatballs.

First time making cornbread..this recipe is absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! Some adjustments made: switch the measurements for cornmeal and flour, substituted melted butter for the oil, added 2/3's of the sugar and the remaining 1/3 honey. Definitely let the cornmeal soak for at least 15 minutes and mix all the ingredients for the full 5 minutes in stand mixer. Served with homemade chili...RAVE REVIEWS from the family.

We just made this for dinner tonight we gave it four stars because simmering 30 minutes is way too long after browning the chops. 15 would probably be sufficient. The changes I made was to nix the sugar completely and I made my own stuffing mix with chicken broth, melted butter, celery, onion and carrot peel and then stuffed the chops. It was fabulous. Served with acorn squash and baked apples. Delicious!!!

although this recipe looked like it was going to be fabulous, all of the veggies got soggy and did not brown....especially the asparagus. But the flavor was great. I added thyme, basil and rosemary.

I made this today for brunch and it was wonderful. Although I did make some changes to make it a little lower in the fat area. I only used 7 eggs and 1 1/2 cups of milk instead of half and half. Like others, I also softened the cream cheese and spread it on the bread, using only 6 oz. of light cream cheese, 2 cups of apples through in some raisins and sprinkled the top with cinnamon and sugar. It was absolutely fabulous. Will definitely be a family favorite.
