Ruth's Grandma's Pie Crust
This is amazing. I've used it a couple times; once mixing it to a cookie dough consistency, added the egg and water, turned it into a soupy mess, added some more flour mixing by hand. The end result was still flaky pie crust.

Fresh Rhubarb Pie
I don't usually like pie because of the soggy crust. This technique of layering the sugar and flour mixture with the fruit left a flaky bottom crust. I used "Ruth's grandma's pie crust" from this site, which is amazing.
