Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2013
These are very light and fluffy but oh so filling. Yummy with fresh berries and whipped cream or just with syrup.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2012
Just finished making these cookies and I thought they were pleasant. I did modify the recipe slightly by using all butter, 2/3 cup of each of the sugars and 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal not because I felt the recipe need tweeking but because of personal taste. Reducing the sugars made the cookies just perfect in sweetness. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2011
Well I have made these cookies twice now and they are just not worth making. In my opinion they are nothing more than sugar bombs. Tasteless and dry. Definately won't make these again!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2010
I just finished baking my last batch of these cookies and I am disappointed. I thought that even though I have a really good sugar cookie recipe I would try this based on the ratings. Well, I am going back to my other recipe. While this recipe is easily rolled and cut the actual cookie is extremely blah. I didn't like the texture or taste even with icing. Thanks for sharing but in my opinion there are better sugar cookies recipes to be made!

Unfortunately our family did not like this. It was dry and kind of tasteless. We will not make this again.

Butterscotch Oatmeal

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2009
I have made this twice in the last two days. It is very tasty however, like many other reviewers you need to reduce the sugar. The first time I made it I used 1/4 cup brown sugar, skim milk and quick oats and although good it was a little sweet for our taste. Today, I made it again and reduced the sugar to 1/8 of a cup and although still sweet much better. My husband loves oatmeal in the morning (mostly pre-packaged) however, now we will make a double batch of this recipe and just re-heat in the morning. Much healthier, no chemicals and a great way to start the day! Thanks for sharing!

Blackberry Cobbler

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2008
Yum! Thanks for sharing your cobbler recipe. Although a little different from a traditional cobbler, it is definately better in my opinion. I made it with a mixed berry (raspberries, blackberries and blueberries) Cant wait to try it with apple. This is definately a keeper!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Yum, this is a very easy, quick to prepare soup with excellent results. I made one change, instead of water and bullion I used sodium reduced chicken broth. A new family favorite for sure! Thanks for sharing.

Absolute Mexican Cornbread

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2005
Yum!!!Thank you for sharing this recipe. I made it to take to a "Mexican Theme" party and it was a hit. It is moist and tender. Definately, something I will make again. I did alter it only slightly, I used Tex Mex cheese to replace the cheese in the receipe. The jalepeno jack added just a little zip and extra flavour. This baked perfectly and truly is a must have for everyone who loves cornbread! Thank again.

Ma Lipo's Apricot-Glazed Turkey with Roasted Onion and Shallot Gravy

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2004
Wonderful, my turkey was fabulous. It was moist, tender and tasty. The only change I would make is too start basting it later as the with the glaze it darkened way too much. The gravy was awesome. Thanks for sharing!

Angel Cookies I

Yummy, these are really good. These are a crunchy, terrific flavoured, nutty cookie. I made these up as part of my "care packages" too share with my family but must admit, I have eaten so many of them, they didn't get as many as planned. This will be a keeper, make again, and again recipe in my home. Thank you for sharing!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2004
Thank you for submitting this recipe. Although it is not the best ginger cookie I have made, it is good. My six year old niece did a little dance of joy with each bite of each cookie she ate, so that says a lot. This is a keeper! :-)
