Grew up in south La. learned to cook from Cajun/Southern ancestry. Was a stay-at-home Mom with 2 children; now grandmother of 5 all under 3 yrs old! While raising children, did catering and entertained guests frequently. Now I am Director Food Service for 8000 mbr Church outside Nashville, TN. Oversee weekley meals in the church for 400-500 people.

Menu: appetizers: thin Italian Bread Sticks & Herb Pepper Dip (dip served in bell pepper halves); grilled 3.5oz sw/spicy chicken breasts, gorgonzola- pepper & spinach pasta, spring broccoli salad, mixed greens tossed w/vinagrette, (quartered)homegrown tomatoes from my garden, fresh fruit kabobs (skewered then stuck in watermelon halves) butter croissants, assorted gourmet desserts, white grape/peach tea, flavored coffee.
