My favorite things to cook
Gourmet--Southern style!! Served 300 ladies last night and it was "huge". Menu: appetizers: thin Italian Bread Sticks & Herb Pepper Dip (dip served in bell pepper halves); grilled 3.5oz sw/spicy chicken breasts, gorgonzola- pepper & spinach pasta, spring broccoli salad, mixed greens tossed w/vinagrette, (quartered)homegrown tomatoes from my garden, fresh fruit kabobs (skewered then stuck in watermelon halves) butter croissants, assorted gourmet desserts, white grape/peach tea, flavored coffee.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Teaching my daughters & daughter-in-law to plan meals, cook, & host parties.
My cooking triumphs
8/11/06 hosting 300 ladies for dinner; read above details in "my favorite things to cook". 11/03 hosting Fall Fest on our farm for 40 friends & family; hayrides, marshmellow roast; bar b que & low country boil!! 8/85 hosting political campaign dinner at my home for 100 guests.

This recipe is excellent as is, but I added sliced ripe olives. Serves a lot of people. I served to 300 guests last night & had rave reviews!!
