Sea bass is good, lemon and lime a little saffron a scatter of Tyne with a beurre blank sauce ,)Lamb for main!?,May B start with Foiegras on a bed of fine sliced: red onions, rocket ,fresh coriander and cos/ice burg/tatsoi lettuce; imprisoned by organically grown cherry tomatoes ,, coated in a raspberry and balsamic////...................whole grain mustard vinegarete.) Oh and a little caster sugar 2 balance it out.Ps SP to season.
