I feel much safer baking, the directions are clear and exact, that I can do without messing it up. I like to say that my husband is the chef, which he is, and I'm the baker. I found out this spring that I could make bisquits!!! And that they were good. I started making every recipe that I could find trying different variations. They freeze well and are an easy addition to dinner. I should ask my sister to write this....When I was 12 or so we needed an afternoon snack. With not a lot to choose from I made a mix of zuchinni, and god know what ever else I could find. We ate it because we were so hungry and boy did we regret it. It made us both sick and it took years before I could even hear the ingredients without being sick to my stomach.
