It wasn't awesome but not terrible either. I found the cake too spongy. My husband enjoyed it but I really didn't. I'd try playing with the cooking time if I make it again since it might be the microwave not the actual recipe. The flavor was pretty good though.

Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins

These muffins are incredible! I didn't change anything and they turned out perfect - very moist and flavorful. My husband loves them and requested a batch for a potluck at work next week. Try them! They're fantastic!

Fudgy Brownies I

My little sister has always been the "Brownie Queen" until now... This is a fabulous recipe and almost as easy as making them from a box. Everyone raved about them and couldn't believe I made them from scratch! I will definately be using this one again.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

I made this for my husband and sisters...they all LOVED it! It's an easy recipe and very flavorful. I will probably add a jalepeno and cilantro for a little added flavor next time.

The flavor is really good but I wasn't happy with the consistently. Maybe I didn't beat the batter enough. I may try these again but will probably keep looking for another recipe.

Lazy Lasagna I

Good and easy recipe. I added the water to the sauce after it was warmed up instead of pouring it around the edges - it cooked the noodles and didn't pool on the top. Spicy Italian sausage added more flavor. I will definately save this recipe!

Apple Crisp IV

This recipe is awesome! I only used 1 1/4 cups of flour and tossed my apples in a little cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Serve warm with french vanilla ice cream... oh yeah!
