Rolled Dumplings

These were a hit in my house. They do need to be rolled thin or they puff up alot. I will be making them again.

Buckeye Balls II

These are real good. I cut down on the sugar to our preference, I only used 3 cups. and I also added 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs. Which gave them a nice texture.

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2009
These are really good. But what is not to love about oreos, cream cheese, and chocolate. I placed the mixture in the fridge overnight before balling up and dipping in the chocolate.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2009
This is a good recipe. The muffins turned out great. But I also like other reviewers added the vanilla and spices. My only complaint is the amount of salt. I could taste the salt in them. It was too much for me. Next time I make them I will leave out the salt. As for my husband and kids they loved these muffins.

Awesome Roast Beef

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2006
I thought I would give it a try with all the great reviews. And it turned out great.I added minced garlic and other seasonings to the roast, seared on both sides before putting it in the slow cooker. I also added 1/2 cup of water to the beef broth so it wouldnt be to salty, and added 1/2 cup of cooking wine. I added red potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions mid way thru cooking and mushrooms about 2 hours before it was done. With every recipe seasoning is everything. I would never make a recipe with out adding my own touch of seasoning. This is definitley a keeper.
