Only 4 because I changed the recipe. Used about a teaspoon of dry mustard, no mustard and a dash of celery salt and white pepper. They were gone in minutes and everyone wanted the recipe. 5 stars

Pizza Dough II

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2007
Great pizza dough. Nice and chewy on the inside and crisp on the bottom and outside. Used some olive oil, garlic, cornmeal to coat the edges of the pizza. Baked at 400 degrees due to everyone making their own 6-7 inch pizzas and stacking the ingredents thick. Cornmeal on the bottom of the pan. Friends said best pizza ever. Most said they will not order pizza again. Told them have fun making the crust.

Mom's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2006
Made twice with great reviews from my guests. Use a box 1/2 mac (24oz), two cans of cheese, 2 lbs chedder/jack, 1 cup milk and a couple of scoups sour cream, little pepper and bread crumbs on top. A couple of min under the broiler at the end and excellent. The bread crumbs and extra cheese really make it.

My Crab Cakes

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2006
Crab cakes were a hit and all the guests said they were a keeper. Added one more egg and doubled the old bay seasoning. They cooked fast so watch them. Next time I'm going to add a little more seasonings.

Aioli

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2006
Not sure what I did but it tasted bad. Seemed like to much olive oil in it. It looked very good but the taste was gross. Friends thought so also and it went down the drain. Crab Cakes were a hit though with Dijonnaise out of the bottle.

This recipe is so easy. Made for Xmas dinner and served with ice cream. To save time I made it about 4 hours before dinner and put it in the warm oven for about 10 min covered before I served it with ice cream. Cooked it for a few extra minutes. Everyone loved it and all wanted the recipe.
