Grilled Garlic Potatoes

This is a good recipe though it's hard to get the potatoes not to stick to the aluminum foil. I also don't add as many onions.

I am in LOVE with this recipe. I make a big batch of it a freeze it. I follow the recipe pretty close, though I do add a little red wine.

These are so awesome, my boyfriend LOVES them! I also took down the amount of ground beef and added a littl more sauce, but other then that I made it the same. I make this recipe a lot.

Smoked Tomato Bisque

This was the first time I made a tomato bisque and I thought this was pretty good. I didn't have the tomato puree so I just used a medium sized tomato and diced it up. I also used 1/2 the amount for the herbs, I think using the whole tbsp would have been WAY to over-powering for me.

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

I loved this recipe. I substituted cream cheese for the heavy cream and I think that made it better. I also served it in a bread bowl. Everyone I've made this for LOVED it! :)

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

This recipe was wonderful. I made it for my family and it was a hit! The only thing I changed was I drizzled the honey/dijon/butter sauce over it when finished--it looked to dry.
