Taco Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2014
Very good recipe and would definitely make again. I added some cumin, garlic powder, black beans, and mild green chiles to the mix. It doesn't need the whole 30 min to bake. Next time I will add the crushed tortilla chips on top at the end after the dish is done for more of a fresh crunch.

Chicken and Dumplings II

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
My only complaint about this recipe is the instructions didn't tell you when to add the condensed chicken broth. I assumed you added it in the beginning. The dumplings turned out a little gooey like pancake batter. I added a little more flour and dropped spoonfuls into the pot instead of forming into balls. The flavors were great though. I think next time I will add more water and more pepper.

Simple Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2009
This was very good. I added some more spices like cinnamon and cocoa. It turned out hot spicy so I may use less cayenne pepper next time.

Chicken Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2008
This recipe is a keeper. I loved the flavors and how creamy it came out. I'm glad I will have left overs to last me for a few days. I followed the recipe except I added thyme and sage since I didn't have savory. I also didn't have egg noodles so I used penne pasta. It turned out great.

Winter Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2008
I LOVED this recipe. The flavors were amazing and the chicken turned out perfect. I didn't have carrots on hand so I used red and yellow peppers. I also served with rice and it was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to make it again.

I LOVED this recipe! I forgot the tomato sause so I used ketchup and I used only one can of beef broth. I also added corn.

Yummy Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2007
I loved this recipe! I usually make my cheese ball with dried beef, but the bacon was easier to prepare and tastier.

Taco Dip I

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2007
I bring this dish to parties and people rave about it! They keep requesting it over and over. It is soooo good! To make the cream cheese and the sour cream mix easier I used a mixer on medium speed. I tried to stir it the first time but the cream cheese came out a little chunky. This is one of my favorite recipes!

Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2007
I loved it! I used drumsticks and it got messy but the chicken was very tender and flavorful. Like most, I used half the butter and more curry. Everything else the same. I think next time I will use skinless boneless breasts. Thanks for a great recipe!

Pumpkin Cookie Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2005
I took this dip to a party and everyone loved it. They all wanted the recipe. I can't believe how easy it was to make! I only used one jar of marshnallow creme. I added Nutmeg and Coolwhip on top. I served it with Cinnamon graham crackers. It was a hit.
