Chicken Enchiladas II
These are pretty good! I switched the cream of mushroom for the cream of chicken and did half flour tortilla and half corn. I prefer the corn.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
Made it as written, but halfed the recipe. It's the best beef chili I've ever eaten!
