Roasted Rack of Lamb
This is so easy and so yummy! I didn't use any bread crumbs and it's still very good. As far as side dishes, I tried asparages, mashed potatoes and doesn't taste very good with it. So I tried tomatoes, cut in half and shake some garlic & Herb spices on top and put it in the over at the same time with the lamb. It's a perfect combination!! My whole family and friends love it and they requested this every week for 6 weeks straight already!!
