Chicken Quesadillas

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2014
If you don't put them in the oven, you can brown them the way you want to in a skillet. I also prefer making them in a skillet because it gets that buttery taste on the shell. When it comes to seasoning, it's all about personal preference. Sometimes you can use just enough or too much. You also don't have to follow this recipe. It's like a Build Your Own Quesadilla.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2013
I replaced the roast with a few packs of stew meat. It cooked a little faster and the meat was easier to handle. It turned out very well. "It's a new level of good!" -My father

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2009
They're ok but i like this more if they weren't so gooy inside. i also like then better if you spread a little bit of peanut butter on top for the extra taste. makes you need milk more.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2005
I enjoyed this. As with everything, I was lazy when I first made this so I didn't bother mixing the eggs and water. It turned out fine. I browned the onions without the vegetable oil and it turned out fine as well. When I made it the way I was supposed to, no one seemed to like it as much.
