Sahara Sand Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2009
I have made this a couple of times and it turned out great each time. Very little adjustments were needed.

Vietnamese Spring Rolls

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2008
At last!!! I have been looking everywhere for this recipe! Just like the ones I get at Vietnamese restaurants, and I really love them. I like to dip them in red chile sauce, fish sauce, with a touch of hoisin all combined. Great stuff!

Tunnel of Fudge Cake IV

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2008
I made this for my sweetie's B-Day and even though I over cooked it, he loved it! He said it made the perfect brownie cake. I plan to make it again, but bake it about 5 minutes less next time.

Tummy Dogs

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2008
I have made something similar to this. Only I wrapped the dogs with bacon (no cheese), secured with toothpicks and deep fried them till golden, then wrapped them in warm tortillas. My family loves them.

Pan Cream Puff

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2008
I made this using sugar free pistachio pudding and sprinkled the top with pecans before serving. I loved the whole thing, but no one else in the house liked the cream puff crust and only ate the filling. Regardless of what the others thought, I'm still going to give this 5 stars.

Corn Dogs

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2008
Try deep frying the hotdogs until lightly brown, about 10 minutes, and let cool before dipping in the cornmeal mixture. Gives them a whole different flavor!

Buttery Rolls

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2008
I just made a batch of these using half graham flour and they turned out light and fluffy, even for a wheat roll! Tasted great, too.

G-ma's Rice

Reviewed: May 20, 2008
Believe it or not, a lot of AUTHENTIC Mexican dishes are bland. If you choose recipes that are authentic you will either want to spice it up to your own taste, or just stay away from them altogether if you don't care for bland foods. I happen to love authentic Mexican food and this rice dish is marvelous!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: May 19, 2008
These are absolutely heavenly!! If I could give this recipe 100 stars, I most certainly would. These are by far better than store bought. Update: I had some pecan butter cream frosting left over from a birthday cake, so I decided to spread some on these snickerdoodles. OMG, I can't stop eating them! Sure is a great way to use up left-over frosting.

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2008
This was fantastic! I made it for some guests and they said it tasted just like the Hummus they had at a restaurant.
