High Altitude Meringue for Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2014
I am not a good meringue maker!! I live at 2200 feet and this worked great. This is the first time that it did not shrink and weep. Excellent density and flavor. Thank for a keeper!!

Extreme Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: May 27, 2013
Allrecipes never disappoints!! This is a great recipe for chocolate cake. I read the reviews before making and decided to make it in a 9x13 pan. It came out moist and very chocolaty? I did add a little espresso powder to the dry ingredients. The batter is thin so don't be afraid. I used a chocolate fudge frosting not the one in the recipe, but next time I will try this one. This is a keeper!! Thanks!

Banana Cake VI

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2013
Outstanding!!!! I have a tendency to overbake sometimes. This cake came out sooooo moist. I used it for my last cake decorating class and it was a hit. The best banana cake I have ever had. I thought the freezer thing was a little weird, but this made the cake super moist. Definitely a keeper!!! Thank You.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2010
Loved this recipe. I used this marinade on pork tenderloins and bbq'd them for Easter. My brothers said "The pork rocked" and they took home all the leftovers. It was just the right combination of spices. I did use mirin rice wine vinegar because I didn't have enough lemons, and it was still delicious!!!! Thanks for the recipe.

Cheesy Ham and Asparagus Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2009
I used fresh asparagus and the flavor was great. I thought that the recipe was OK, not as good as the picture. It may have been my fault because I used an 8x11 pan and had to cook longer. I would recommend the 9x13 because I had to cook alot longer time. Again, the flavor was great. Thanks

Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2009
These were fantastic. My husband and I ate the whole plate (very full). This is a keeper recipe. I used a electric fryer and it didn't get hot enough so I had to cook for a longer time. They were still delicious. I thought putting in one at a time would be a pain, but it went pretty fast. Thanks for the great recipe. Your cookin friend Karen

Fab, Fab, Fab. These are the best ribs ever. I have been trying alot of recipes and these are by far the best. I had an appointment and left them in the oven about 45 min. longer than recipe said and they were falling off the bone. It still worked. My husband loved them. I did add a little onion and garlic powder to the sauce. Delicious!!! Thank you for the recipe.

Creamiest Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2008
I was looking for a recipe like my grandmother's. This is it!!!! The best rice pudding I have ever had, including my grandmother's. It is soooooo creamy and luscious even my husband who doesn't like rice pudding liked it. I added a little more sugar, but it was very sweet, I will stick to the recipe next time. I used a little canned milk, because I was low on reg. milk. It was fantastic. Thanks again to Bonnie. Karen

Chicken Pot Pie VIII

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2006
This recipe was great, just like it said, good old fashion pot pie. I think the amount of ingredients would make a 10 inch pie, I had some left over. The crust was delicious and very easy to make. This will be my family regular. Thanks Wendy!!!!!!!
