Crispy Orange Beef

This was INCREDIBLE! I want to make this for dinner again tomorrow. I can guarantee that there will be no leftovers.

It was just okay. It left me wanting more, and that's not in a good way. Was a little too salty even with only using half a package of the soup mix - don't even want to go there with a full package! Wouldn't make again - better off with just plain burgers and it's not worth the effort.

Cordon Bleu Casserole

I thought this turned out amazing. I asked my family for their complete opinion. Most thought it was great the way it was, but one thought there was too much topping. The only change I made was to use more butter with the onions and slightly more milk. I also used paprika in it, which turned out great.

Raspberry Ice Cream

What an awesome recipe! I followed the directions as is (didn't read reviews beforehand) but it still turned out good. A bit crunchy from the seeds, so I think I will strain them out next time. Other than that, it was pretty good.

Fries were soft, and the seasoning was delicious. I can't wait to make it again! **Don't make this if you don't like soft fries, you will be disappointed. This is why you end up rating it 1 star!**

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Very easy to put together! Baked with no cracks, filled the pie shell to the top to my surprise (was expecting to have some left over) and tasted delicious :)

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

I've made this several times since I added this to my recipe box - 1 1/2 years ago! It's a great recipe and works better than my family's buttermilk pancake recipe. I've only had the chance to use blueberries and chocolate chips in them - very yummy still.

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Too many chocolate chips. I'll definitely be going to 1-1/2 cups next time. Other than that, delicious! My family ate them right up :)

Pineapple Bundt Cake

Made this for Father's Day and my Dad's birthday because he's such a big fan of pineapple. He loved it, with the entire family! Not an overwhelming pineapple or lemon flavor either.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Turned out great both times I've made it. Shredded zucchini works great and you don't even see it in the bread - which was one of my worries. No complaints - except the bread was hard to get out of the pan the second time I made it. I think that was my fault for not spraying enough though!

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

These turned out very well! My family ate them up very quickly, and everyone enjoyed them. They came out really soft. Will definitely be making this again.
