Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2014
It was good. I followed the recipe for the patties almost exactly. Besides the seasoned salt I used one packet of ham bouillon. After frying the beef, I removed them from the pan, saved the drippings to fry the onion in, then strained, added two packets of beef bouillon, and cornstarch till desired consistency, re added the meat, and served over mashed potatoes.

Southern Italian Thanksgiving Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2013
I baked a loaf of french bread in my machine two days before Thanksgiving, I also made a pan of corn bread. I cubed both in large cubes, sat out for two nights to get stale. The night before Thanksgiving I pre cooked. I browned the sausage, ( one package of sweet) and drained, then browned the bacon, ( half of a pack) and drained, sautéed the two onions then added the 7 stalks of celery, and 4 cloves of garlic, then re added the cooked bacon and sausage to combine flavors until veggies were very soft. Refrigerated over night. In the morning mix 4 cups of water w/ 2 packets of chicken bouillon and 2 packets of saxon, boil and add meat. Then mix breads w/ meats, veggies, and 4 cups of mozzarella.

Stuffed Zucchini

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2012
I used a 1.45 package of hot sausage, I substituted the garlic for 1 med. white onion, and added one fresh tomato w/ 1 packet of Goya beef bouillon. I fried that first, then I hollowed out one extra large zucchini and added it to the meat mixture w/ one packet of Goya sazon. Fry until all vegetables are disintegrated. I didn't use any bread crumbs. I put a thin layer of sauce, laid the zucchini down, filled with mixture, top w/ Italian cheese mix, and spooned sauce over, covered w/ foil, and bake for 45 min, remove foil and top w/ more cheese and bake till golden brown.

Zucchini Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2012
1) First time I made it, I followed the recipe all except I used one cup of brown sugar and one cup of white, it was excellent, I did have to cook it longer though. 2)I substituted white sugar for brown, all of the oil for apple sauce, and used two teaspoons of cinnamon. I had to bake it much longer, and it wasn't as good as the regular recipe. 3) I followed it to the T and it was great! 4) I substituted 1/2 cup oil with a banana and kept the rest the same and again it was great! * tip* shred the zucchini then squeeze out access water in an old towel.
