Rolled Buttercream Fondant
VERY tasty, but incredibly hard to work with. I can never seem to get enough powdered sugar added. Mine always ends up kind of gummy. I don't recommend covering a whole cake with it, but it's great for details (I used it on my Yo Gabba Gabba cake for letters, Tutti land, and the blue parts of the logo)
