Chocolate Fun Clay
This is great stuff! I would nix the sprinkles (like the other reviewer, I can't imagine what you'd do with sprinkles. I used white chocolate chips and gel food coloring to make Foofah on my Yo Gabba Gabba cake. Much easier to work with than fondant. Buddy on Cake Boss calls this Modeling Chocolate.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant
VERY tasty, but incredibly hard to work with. I can never seem to get enough powdered sugar added. Mine always ends up kind of gummy. I don't recommend covering a whole cake with it, but it's great for details (I used it on my Yo Gabba Gabba cake for letters, Tutti land, and the blue parts of the logo)

Pumpkin Gingerbread
I don't generally love pumpkin, but I LOVE this recipe. Perfect dusted with powdered sugar
