Amish White Bread
Wonderful and easy. I make this bread every week for Sunday dinner. I have also had orders. Great texture and not too sweet. I sometimes change it by using 2 cups of Wheat flour and adding remaining white flour.

Pumpkin Cheesecake in a Gingersnap Crust
Made this for Christmas dinner at my son's home. It was delicious and it all went. I received rave reviews. It was easy to make and I baked it in a water bath. The only problem was the Ginger Snaps. They were so fresh that they were hard. I tried the food processor for crushing, this did not work. I had to resort to placing them in a kitchen towel and using a hammer to crush them. Otherwise, the recipe was great! Thanks Shelley for a great recipe.

Classic Bran Muffins
Made this week-end for a brunch. Added fresh blueberries and some fresh cranberries I had stored in the freezer. The muffins were moist and very tasty. It was requested by my brother to make again. I enjoyed them so much that I made more and put them in the freezer. I warm one every morning for breakfast. Great, easy recipe.
