I used some of the tips from the other reviews: (1) add salt, pepper, (2) double the sauce but keep the cream cheese and worcestershire the same, (3) add a bullion cube, (7) add a half packet of onion soup mix. I used regular cream of mushroom and cooked for about 9 hours on low and it turned out fine. Next time, I won't add as much salt. I probably put in about a teaspoon and that seemed to be a little too much. Between the onion soup mix and the boullion cube, it doesn't need much more salt. Otherwise, this a great recipe. Easy to prepare and tastes great. What more can you ask for out of recipe?
