Cajun Dirty Rice
I used venison italian sausage, ground beef, and chopped up fresh roma tomatoes, then just added a can of green chilis. Its a keeper.

Portobello Port Sauce for Steak
Absolutely delicious. Served over marinated steak, but I bet it would make a good salisbury steak or base for beef pot pie.

Marinade for Steak I
Delicious, marinated a moose steak and topped it off with portobello port sauce for steak (also on this site). Served with broccoli cheese stuffed baked potato and red wine. Perfect.
