This pie was easy and yummy! I use 20 key limes and had more than enough. Two cans of condensed milk worked great. I might leave out some of the lime zest, it had a slight bitter taste. Lime skins are so thin. I did make a whip cream with heavy cream and some left over lime juice and powdered sugar. I spread a small layer over the top. I will make this again.
