Banana Pudding IV

I've made this several times for my friends at work,everyone loves it.The cream cheese gives just the right tang to balance out this sweet dessert.

Cowboy Mashed Potatoes

These were great!Served them w/pork roast with vinegar and thyme,baked apples(both from this site),and spinach sauteed w/ olive oil,and corn muffins w/honey butter.

This was the perfect treat on a cold Autum night.I served it with French vannila ice cream,YUM! Our next door neighbor stopped by to see what smelt so good.I added some ground ginger and cardomon with the other spices.I'm printig this out to share at work tommorrow.Thanks.

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

My husband loved it! As did another review advised, I added the bell pepper and pineapple to the sauce. Great flavor and the peppers are soft,not crunchy.Prep was a bit messy, but well worth the clean up time.
