I think I solved the riddle about the name...maybe "Hurry" is a play on words for ketchup/catch up???
Anyway, I was a bit skeptical about the dish, especially after I combined the ingredients for the sauce. I'm not a big ketchup fan (small doses please) but I needed something quick. I followed the recipe, except I used chicken breast, I only used 1/2 bag of onion soup mix and I seasoned the chicken with garlic salt and freshly ground pepper before placing them in the baking dish. I baked it on 350 degrees for 35 minutes and served it over white rice. When my husband first tasted it, he thought it was just okay. But with the rice, and after savoring the flavor (it's quite flavorful!) he said that it was definitely a keeper. I'd really only give it 3.5 stars but with his input, it was bumped up to a 4. I think my hesitance had to do with the fact that I used ketchup and I'm not a huge fan of sweet and sour. We'll make it again though, when I'm in a crunch.
