Looks amazing. Made it for a friend this morning & will make it again this week for our Thanksgiving dinner. Easy to do, but I took it out of the oven after 25 minutes. Wish I read the directions closer before I tried to take the foil out! I'll definitely let it cool before trying to remove the foil. Saw this same thing in a local bakery about 10 years ago---$75 for this size !

Homemade Butter
This is a GREAT recipe! I came home from the store, opened up the heavy cream, poured it into the processor, turned it on and by the time I put away the rest of my groceries, the butter was done. I made up a get well basket for a friend using bagels and this butter. I added some honey, brown sugar and cinnamon and it really tasted like the butter from The Outback Steakhouse ! It got rave reviews from the patient & his visitors as well. Thanks so much.

Baked Oatmeal II
This baked oatmeal is delicious! I got several more servings than 8. I found that 2 heaping Tbsp. with milk heated for 25-30 seconds in the microwave was plenty (and I usually don't eat small portions). As suggested by one reviewer, I substituted 1/2 c. applesauce for the 1/2 c. butter and besides being healthier, it was very moist and tasty. This is a definite crowd pleaser! Next time I'll change up the fruit for a different twist.
