Sauce Rosee

I agree that this was a restaurant quality recipe. It also went together very quickly. Our only complaint was that the sauce was a bit thin.

Cowboy Mashed Potatoes

These were very good and the recipe went together easily. I took the seeds out of the jalapeno and it wasn't very hot. I might try leaving the seeds in next time.

Gyroll

The lamb in this was delicious. I had a little trouble with the bread dough - getting an even shape, but I would definitely use the recipe with pita bread as well.

This rice was even better than I had imagined it would be. The oil and vinegar dressing is very light. Delicious!

Wrapped Salmon

This was very good. I thought I had filo dough in the freezer, but it turned out I had puff pastry sheets. I went ahead and used them, but I think the filo dough would make it even better.

A very good soup. I too, pureed the soup and it was smooth with a mild flavor - a bit like guacamole soup!

This was a good fajita marinade, but I didn't think it stood out a great deal. I did like the smokey flavor, and the smell was wonderful!

Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2001
A very tasty recipe. I only used 4 ounces feta, and that was enough for us. Next time I would make sure I chopped up my spinach, so it was well mixed throughout the dish. Yummy!

Tuscan Soup

A nice flavor. Good as a side dish rather than a main dish, in spite of the sausage.
