Buttermilk Honey Wheat Bread

Reviewed: May 7, 2012
Excellent flavor and texture. The top of my loaf sunk, so it didn't look too pretty. Will try to figure out what went wrong and try again because the bread was delicious!

Grilled Chipotle Chorizo Chicken Sausage & Shrimp Kabobs

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2012
I liked the thick marinade that went on these kabobs. They have a good contrast of flavors with the spicy marinade and sausages, and the sweet peppers and pineapple. This was enjoyed by all.

Shrimp and Sweet Corn Maque Choux

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2012
I REALLY enjoyed this meal, as did my family. I used all red pepper as I am not a green pepper fan. It was still flavorful and had the green zucchini to make it a beautifully colorful dish. I thought it was especially well suited for Spring - fresh tasting and delicious!

Pizza Alfredo with Roasted Vegetables

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2012
This is so good! I really loved the Naan bread as the pizza crust. It isn't too thin or too thick - and delicously chewy! The meatballs weren't available in my area, so I used Sun Dried Tomato and Basil Sausage and it was fabulous! I will be making this whenever I need a quick, delicious and healthy meal!

al fresco Roasted Pepper and Asiago Chicken Sausage Frittata

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2012
This is such a quick breakfast recipe and it was enjoyed by all. I loved the roasted red peppers, but I think it is flexible enough that other vegetables could be used as well. I'm thinking broccoli in addition to the red peppers! The chicken sausage is so flavorful and I love that it is fully cooked. No worrying about getting the meat cooked to the right temperature!

Unbelievable Spinach Calzones

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2012
We loved these versatile calzones. I added black olives and canadian bacon, but the options are endless. The filling oozed out of mine. Maybe I filled them too full, or didn't seal the edges enough. They were still fabulous. I used my favorite pizza dough recipe and we dipped them in pizza sauce.

Thai Noodle Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2012
Delicious! I added more shrimp (halved the recipe, doubled the shrimp) to make it more of a main course salad. The sauce was perfect - flavorful without being too spicy. It is very easy to prepare this recipe ahead of time and throw it all together before serving.

Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2012
We all loved these chimichangas! I used black beans in place of chicken, to make one for my vegetarian daughter and that could easily be done for the whole recipe if desired. Other than that, I followed the recipe, using slightly less cheese than called for. I baked them at 350 for 15 minutes per side, as other reviewers suggested and they were wonderful. We will be having these again soon! My husband LOVED the green sauce! Easy to prepare too!

Fiber One® Chocolate-Peanut Butter Haystacks

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2012
I was expecting a luke-warm review of these when I made them for my family. Instead, I was surprised when they gave them an enthusiastic "thumbs up". They are super easy to prepare and have a great flavor! These are a snack I can feel good about serving to my family!

Shrimp Francesca

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2012
Perfection! Had to use parmesan cheese - and went a little heavy on the cheese too. Also used the whole can of artichokes because I love them. I broiled this for the last 3 minutes or so. It was fabulous! Will definitely make this again.

Tex-Mex Quinoa Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2012
Very good and a flexible recipe. I didn't have the cotja cheese so I used some jalapeno jack cheese, diced. I used plain tomatoes - drained, as other reviewers said the dish got soggy. It would be easy to make it Italian, adding olives and canellini beans - or Greek - with olives and feta.

K-Dub's Alfredo Ravioli Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2012
This recipe received high marks from my family. I made this ahead for a ski trip, and stuck it in the oven as we arrived. It was easy to assemble and easy to customize. I put chicken on half the casserole, and left the other half vegetarian. I would love to find some easily available lite alfredo sauce to make it a little more healthy, but will make it again either way.

Manhattan Clam Chowder

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2012
This was easy and good on a chilly winter night. I was not able to start mine 8 - 10 hours ahead of dinner time, so I cooked it for 4 hours on high instead. This worked just fine and we all enjoyed the meal,

TJ's Creamy Salsa

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2012
This is a nice change from regular salsa. It would be great to offer this as one of several salsa options for chips! I didn't have the Mexican Style chili powder, but it was great with regular chili powder as well. Thanks for sharing this yummy recipe!

Original Nestle® Toll House® Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2012
Very good. My husband likes crispy cookies, while my children like soft cookies. These were on the soft side. I might try to cook them a minute or two longer to see if they are more to my husband's liking.

Raspberry Squares II

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2011
These were just what I was looking for and they turned out great I went easy on the raspberry jam, thinking it might be too rich and sweet. That was not the case and I would use the full amount next time. Made for my daughter's teachers Christmas Luncheon.

Souper Simple Mac 'n' Cheese

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2011
I expected to get a negative reaction from my kids when I served this - just because it is different from what they are used to. They thought it was great! I loved how easy it was, as well as the nice, creamy texture. I'm going to add a can of cheddar cheese soup to my pantry from now on!

Baked Spaghetti

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2011
We loved this oh-so-flexible recipe! I used a whole pound of spaghetti, but only had about 15 ounces of ricotta. I left out the ground beef but it would be good with any vegetables added. It still turned out wonderful! On top of that, it went together in no time at all! Will be using this again when I am in need of a good meal - fast!

Hearts of Palm Risotto

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2011
LOVE this risotto! It was a big hit with my family. I was in a hurry and didn't follow the instructions at the beginning of the recipe, toasting the rice. I also used a couple teaspoons of minced garlic in place of the onion. As long as you stir in the liquid slowly, this is foolproof.
