Pumpkin Pancakes

These pancakes were very, very good. My husband really liked the taste and consistency. The batter was very thick and heavy and I needed to move the batter around on the griddle to flatten them out even though I added a little more water to thin them out. Overall they were delicious. I served them with butter, whipped cream and powdered sugar. Very fattening but oh so good!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was very tasty. It was not the moist, compact dressing we usually had. It was a dry recipe even though I added a lot of broth as I was preparing it. The taste of cranberries, oranges and sausage was very good. I highly recommend it.

Limehouse Chicken

I made this for dinner two nights ago and it turned out very good. The chicken was moist and crispy. I loved the combination of flavors, the lime was very tasty and the brown sugar and lime zest with mint was a great combination. Will definitely make again.

Italian Style Pork Chops

I made this for dinner last night and my husband and I thought it was delicious. The house smelled so good while it was baking that we couldn't wait to have dinner. Because I had no crackers, I used 2 cups Italian bread crumbs and 1/2 cup butter for six pork chops. The butter was gone but I had lots of bread crumb mixture left. I will definitely make this again and would not hesitate to make it for guests. Thanks for a great recipe!

Mid-Summer Italian Bread Salad

Yummy! What a nice change from a greens salad. Just right for the Pork Cacciatore dish (from this site) that I made last night with homemade tomato spaghetti. Loved it and so did all of the family!

Slow Cooker Pork Cacciatore

I made this dinner last night for my husband, children (their spouses and mother-in-law) and baby grandson and received rave reviews. Instead of cooking for 7-8 hours though, I started late and cooked for only 4.5 on high. The meat was very tender and very tasty. Great Sunday afternoon dinner with homemade tomato spaghetti and a summer salad. Dinner was a hugh success! Thanks for the recipe!

French Onion Soup Gratinee

I made this on Saturday for dinner and my husband absolutely loved raved about how good it was. The balsamic vinegar gives it an additional flavor boost too. I made the recipe exactly as written except I did not add any more salt at the end because it was already fine for our taste. It was such a delicious soup that we not only had it for dinner on Saturday and Sunday, but I made it again for dinner last night too. Great French onion soup, thanks so much for sharing.

Pumpkin Ravioli

I made this by hand on Saturday night and my husband and I loved it so much that on Sunday we purchased the pasta roller for our Kitchen Aid and made it again (which was a lot easier). I made the recipe exactly as written and it was very good. I'll definitely be making it again and again. There were no left overs two nights in a row!

Classic Chicken Noodle Soup

I made this soup last night for my daughter and her family because she and her baby were sick with colds. It was fast and delicious. I did not add any salt and pepper at the end because it was just right without it. The taste was really good. I have never made home-made chicken soup and thought it would take hours to make. With the fast chicken stock recipe, I was done in about an hour. We loved it and will certainly make it again.

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

This recipe was delicious. I made it for my husband and daughter and son-in-law and they all raved about how good it tasted. Needless to say it was completely gone. I did use half the butter and the sauce was light and tasty. I recommend it highly.

Lemon Green Beans with Walnuts

I made this recipe tonite with green beans from our garden, pecans, lime juice and it was delicious. I don't like to try a recipe the first time and change the ingredients but this recipe is the type that can be adjust and maintain the flavor. My husband says it is a 5 star recipe!

Erica's Delicious Slow Cooker Beef Roast

This is a very good recipe, simple and delicious. My husband loved and I will definitely make this again. I took the advice of others and added worcestershire sauce and I think it added to the flavor as well. My roast was so tender that it fell apart when I removed it from the crock pot. I also added potatoes to it when I served it.

Oven-Fried Pork Chops

I made this recipe with chicken last week and it was delicious. I followed a suggestion of spraying the chicken with spray oil after turning to make it crispy and it was a great suggestion. My daughter made it for her husband two nights later and he loved it too.

Citrus Scallops II

I made this for dinner last night and between my husband, uncle and myself, we wiped it all out. It was delicious. I followed the recipe as written except added a little more lemon juice because I did not have and lemon zest and used dried dill instead of fresh. Made some Parmesan and Herb Angel Hair Pasta and green beans with bacon bits and had a delicious and quick meal.

Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

Lemon Poppy Seed Dessert Cake

I made this cake for a party this weekend and everyone raved about it. The only change I made was using cherry pie filling because the grocery store did not have lemon pie filling. It turned out great and added a great flavor to it. Everyone enjoyed it.
