Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Pat roast with flour & seasonings of your choice & sear before putting in crock pot. Super tender. I used English cut pot roast with potatoes & carrots. Was fantastic. Leftovers were like beef stew.

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin
I tried some other reviews suggestions & it didn't work as planned. Searing the meat before putting it in the oven. The breading came off during the searing process. I must have made a mistake somewhere. It was just ok for me. I still give it 4 stars due to it was a suggestion that screwed me up & not the followed specified recipe. (the result I had would have been more like 3 stars)

Slow Cooker Tender and Yummy Round Steak
I did this with a 2 lb bottom round roast. I seasoned with garlic powder, natures seasoning & a little salt, seared in pan on all sides before placing in slow cooker. I did add cut & peeled gold potatoes & a bag of baby carrots. 1 can cream of mushroom (healthy one) & 1 can a beef broth. I did try the beefy onion soup mix too. Cooked about 6-7 hours on low (although I think my slow cooker cooks quite hot) It was excellent. Great fall/winter meal!!
