Irish Cream Truffle Fudge

Not ungodly sweet like most fudges are. This was a fave of my co-workers this year! I will definitely make this every year!

Pecan Tassies

Very good cookie! Don't overfill the mold or it'll be hell getting them out of the pan. Also - I usually have to make twice the amount of filling per one batch of dough.

Apricot Cream Cheese Thumbprints

Instead of just using apricot preserves, I mix them up...sometimes using strawberry or blackberry. The strawberry ones diappear like crazy! This year I am trying peach! Soooo simple to make and they look GREAT on holiday trays! Yum!
