Festive JELL-O Popcorn Balls

Good and easy. Mistakenly bought the 6oz boxes of jello. Used 6 tablespoons of butter and same amount of marshmallows. Turned out well but the jello flavor was to strong. 3oz of jello is plenty. Used microwave popcorn. Standard 3oz bag produced about 8 cups of popped popcorn when the uncooked and half-cooked kernels were removed. Used 3 bags to make 2 batches.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

So simple and so good. I cooked it on low for about 8 hours, and then just put it back into the slow cooker with the barbeque sauce instead of in the oven. Used Famous Dave's Sweet and Zesty Barbeque sauce.

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Very Good marinade. I tend to make spicy or asian-style marinades for pork tenderloins, but this one's a little sweeter and very good. I love the cinnamon. It's not overpowering, but the taste has a nice hint of it. Will definitely make again.

Mizithra Browned Butter Pasta

I've been making this for a couple years now, since I first had it at the Old Spaghetti Factory here in Phoenix. It's by far my favorite pasta. After experimenting and learning how to properly brown the butter, it now tastes just like the restaurant's.
