Modifications to recipe-
unsweetened (plain) soymilk for the milk,
multi-colored carrots for the regular carrots, eliminated the peas,
added 1 tsp of greek seasoning, a few cloves of roasted garlic and replaced the celery seed and salt with celery salt. Also doubled the gravy for deepdish pie crust, but it came out WAYYY too much, so we ended up using enough to fill it up and had some gravy left over for potatoes.
