Glazed Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2011
OMG, I can't stop eating these. They were so good. I took the advice of other reviewers and lightly sprinkled onion powder, garlic powder and seasoning salt on them then baked for 35 minutes before adding the sauce and baking again. They were so moist and finger lickin' good! A definite keeper. Thanks Joan.

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2009
This is so delicious and well worth trying. I bought a London Broil (on sale at my grocery store) and cut it into large chunks. Then I sauteed it as directed. Like others suggested I added my sliced peppers to the crock pot an hour before serving and the peppers were tender but not mushy. I used both red and green peppers to make it colorful. The meat was so tender and flavorful. It went great over rice and my hubby cannot stop talking about how great it was. We had left overs for dinner the next night. Definitely a keeper. Thanks for a terrific recipe.

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2009
This soup was out of this world! I did find that I had to use a whisk after I added the flour and slowly poured in the chicken broth. I took the advice of another reviewer and added a little sour cream just before serving. It was delicious, even better the next day. My husband and I loved it! Thank you.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2008
I was looking for a good chicken noodle soup and I found it. I made this earlier in the week and it was by far the best I ever made. As rec. by other reviewers I did add a couple of cloves of garlic to the celery onion mixture in the pan but the rest I followed according to the directions. It made the house smell wonderful. My husband had two bowlfuls and couldn't get enough. I'd give it more stars if I could. Thanks for a great recipe.

Creamy Swiss Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2008
Although the chicken was very moist I found it had too strong a wine taste. I would definitely cut back on the wine or eliminate it altogther.

Awesome Steak Marinade

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2008
This really is awesome. I have made other marinades but this one takes the prize. The longer you marinate it the better the flavor. I didn't have any honey in the house so I used 1 tsp of molasses. Great recipe, definite keeper.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2008
I made this over the weekend and it was so good, everyone loved it. Hubby had thirds. I made a few changes, instead of sausage I used ground veal and I also added chopped green and yellow peppers. I had left over sauce which I froze. Delicious! Will definitely make again.

Warm Steak and Potato Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2008
My family and I liked everything about this recipe except the dressing. Maybe it was the tarragon, I don't know, but I made the dressing twice and we ended up throwing that out both times. The next time we used a store bought Italian dressing and it was delicious over the steak, potatoes and salad.

We loved this recipe. I mixed the seasonings with some olive oil and marianted the chicken, as mentioned by another reviewer. We made kabobs and cooked them on the grill. Very moist and tender. It was a hit. Will definitely keep!

Kentucky Butter Cake

What a delicious, moist cake! Everyone loved it. I made it over Memorial Day weekend and its almost gone! I took another reviewer's tip and creamed the butter and the sugar first, then added the eggs and milk; then added the dry ingredients. I served it with strawberries. Mmmm! Thanks for sharing Suzanne!

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2007
I made this last night and my family and I loved it. Very easy and tasty. I tweaked it a little and added some peas and fresh carrots (cooked a little first). I also added 1 more cup of milk since I wanted it to be creamier. I used shredded mild cheddar cheese instead of the American and put French fried onions on top. What a hit. We will definitely be making this again!
